Drishti Masand from adidas presented the project in a discussion on the key aspects of Ecodesign for Sustainable Textile Products.

Our consortium partners also shared learnings in a dedicated breakout session “Ecodesign for Circularity: Designing apparel and fashion products to enable effective circularity and recyclability”.

  • Deep Dive on the T-REX Blueprint: Scaling closed-loop sorting and recycling of household textile waste, presented by Natalia Mena (adidas).
  • Fireside Chat on Technical Guidance for Recyclable Garments: Anja Kossel-Scharf (adidas) and Doris Hondtong (Arapaha) discussed practical approaches.
  • Panel on Circularity Business Modelling: Mamoon Ahmed Chema (adidas) and Iro Kofokotsiou (Fashion for Good) explored sustainable business models. It was an inspiring two days filled with valuable discussions.

Thank you to the Textile ETP team for organising and to Aitex for hosting us. Stay tuned for deliverables coming later this month!
